More LImp World Eater Progress

I have been steadily working away at painting my World Eaters for Legions Imperialis and over teh weekend have just clocked exactly 500 points fully painted. Here’s a nice little group shot photo or two to celebrate.

I am really enjoying painting these guys, and I feel like I have achieved a good chunk of a workable list. Not the greatest list, but should allow me to get a game or two in to understand where I should take it.

LImp World Eater Progress

I’ve made a little progress since the start of the month with the World Eaters. I still need to glue the models to the bases. Maybe the drunken Dreadnoughts give that away.

I’m really enjoying painting these guys. Got a way to go before I get a Formation painted up though.

LImping Along

So the blog has been quiet for some time. Alas real life and hobby motivation both play massive roles in the frequency of blog posts. Pretty sure most hobbyists hit a certain age and suddenly find that work, family and life suck up all spare time. Still, I’ve been playing Bloodbowl pretty exclusively for a while now, which is simultaneously great and a shame. I’m not the biggest BB fan and don’t enjoy the game that much but because I’m in a great league ran by fantastic guys I’m really enjoying that aspect of the game. I should really finish painting up a damn team – afterall how hard can it be to paint 16 models or less!?!

However, a couple of the league guys have got interested in Legions Imperialis. And well I’ve been bitten hard by the hobby butterfly and have flitted back to a previous gaming mistress. I really enjoy Epic scale and I’m hoping it’ll become a future gaming staple (fingers crossed across all 3 games LImp, AT, and AI).
