So the blog has been quiet for some time. Alas real life and hobby motivation both play massive roles in the frequency of blog posts. Pretty sure most hobbyists hit a certain age and suddenly find that work, family and life suck up all spare time. Still, I’ve been playing Bloodbowl pretty exclusively for a while now, which is simultaneously great and a shame. I’m not the biggest BB fan and don’t enjoy the game that much but because I’m in a great league ran by fantastic guys I’m really enjoying that aspect of the game. I should really finish painting up a damn team – afterall how hard can it be to paint 16 models or less!?!
However, a couple of the league guys have got interested in Legions Imperialis. And well I’ve been bitten hard by the hobby butterfly and have flitted back to a previous gaming mistress. I really enjoy Epic scale and I’m hoping it’ll become a future gaming staple (fingers crossed across all 3 games LImp, AT, and AI).
Adeptus Titanicus’ release back in 2018 is one of the main reasons I got into 3D printing. Back then it was FDM and terrain focused really. Today I’ve had the FDM printer churning out some GrimDarkTerrain Imperial Palace parts.

I printed some ruined parts too, so I can blow up the building and collapse it on pesky garrisoning troops.
I’ve also had the SLA printer knocking out some Spartan/Typhon/Cerberus tanks with a World Eater flavour to them.

I’ve got the new book, Liber Strategia, and a Mastodon box on preorder. Looking forward to getting my hands on them. No doubt before long I’ll have ordered yet more boxes of teeny tiny toys.
